  • Responsible on overall tax and reportorial government requirements. Oversee compliance of local business policies and SOPs with HO.
  • Oversee the tax associates and the tax administration of the company, including the management of tax audits/assessments.
  • Manage the reportorial and licensing requirements of BIR, BOC, Local Government, and SEC.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Secretary for the management of board resolutions of the board of directors and other corporate requirements.
  • Manage the renewal of the company's insurance on commercial stocks in the warehouses and in transit, office property, electronic equipment, and company vehicles.

Treasury:

  • Ensure availability of funds and credit line for the working capital requirements and daily operations.
  • Coordinate with bank partners on various requirements and on the negotiation of bank interest and FX rates.
  • Ensure the timely payment to suppliers and timely issuance of employee remittances such as, but not limited to, payroll and weekly expense reports.
  • Monitor the settlement of import related transactions.
  • Coordinate with customers on the pick-up/deposit of collections, issue collection receipts and record collections in SAP.
