· Manage the Application Outsourcing (Maintenance and Development) support of seven (7) Utilities companies in North America with a total headcount ranging from 45 to 230 Software designers, developers and testers over the past 12 years.

· Managed the Systems Integration activities of an Australian client based in Melbourne to successfully complete the move to an SAP IS-U system for a new metering services business.

Project Management activities include:

• Review approved contract, statement of work, master services agreement as basis to ensure excellent delivery.
• Define the resources and manage scope, budget, schedule, priorities, issues and risks.
• Review and implement activities of the detailed work plans to successfully complete projects.
• Monitor and control status, risks and issues. Identify mitigation and contingency plans as necessary.
• Implement and review quality activities and ensure that deliverables meet the project standards.
• Provide regular reports to leadership, client and stakeholders on project health.
• Made work assignments and was responsible for ensuring the integrity of service delivery by focusing on staff/delivery cross training, succession planning, etc. as appropriate.
• Conduct post mortems for future delivery improvements.

Directly responsible for resource management and capability uplift - undertaking workforce planning, sourcing of project resources, along with overseeing professional development and coaching.

Involved in estimates creation and review of solution plans for application maintenance and systems implementation, providing industry insights and approval for all new Utilities deals, taking into account profitability and supportability, as well as validating proposal responses that would benefit both the client and the company.

As the offshore Application Team Lead and Legacy CIS Application Technical Analyst, I was involved in estimates creation, design, code, test and peer review of application changes for Customer Information System applications.

Worked with the client onsite and collaborated with business users and client developers on requirements gathering and analysis on upcoming work for the Manila Team.
