This assessment provided decision-makers with a clear understanding of the organization's progress in readiness by delivering a comprehensive Security Score. This score not only highlights but also quantifies success and areas for improvement in various security protection levels, including Users, Network, Hosts, Applications, Databases, and Management.

- DATA PRIVACY ACT TECHNICAL CONTROLS REMEDIATION -identified the gaps that need to be addressed, whether due to missing processes or a lack of technical controls. By pinpointing these gaps, I developed a comprehensive blueprint to guide the organization toward its desired end-state, ensuring full data privacy compliance.

- DATA CENTER AND CORPORATE NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE - conducted a thorough analysis of the current state of the data center network, including hardware components and software configurations. The analysis highlighted major risks, threats, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks, along with corresponding mitigation strategies and recommendations for short, mid, and long-term improvements. The Future State Architecture design incorporates equipment standardization, optimized architecture, virtualization, and consolidation to enhance performance and scalability.

- CREATED THE ZREO TRUST NETWORK ARCHITECTURE -successfully developed a 5-year blueprint for the company, focusing on the next 3 years to ensure the infrastructure adapts to the evolving cybersecurity threat landscape. This plan transitions the security infrastructure from a traditional perimeter-based model to a more dynamic, secure access framework, enabling anytime, anywhere access while recognizing that internal users may also pose potential threats within the organization.

- CONDUCTED SECURITY AWARENESS CAMPAIGN ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION. - successfully led the security awareness campaign across the organization, including a nationwide initiative targeting both executives and employees. Beyond traditional training, the campaign empowered employees to become the organization's first line of defense by building a robust Human Firewall, enhancing overall security awareness and vigilance.
