A licensed civil engineer and dedicated educator with over two years of instructional experience in the Civil Engineering Department at Palawan State University. In addition to teaching, he actively supports civil engineering students in their research endeavors. In his role as part of the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat, Neil contributes to infrastructure and consultancy projects for the university. This position has refined his organizational skills, enabling him to efficiently coordinate meetings, prepare resolutions, and facilitate a smooth procurement process.
Previously, Neil served with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) as a contact tracer during the COVID-19 pandemic. He was responsible for monitoring case trends, leading a team in data collection and verification, and scheduling testing. This experience enhanced his abilities in team coordination, data management, and public health awareness.
In addition to being a Registered Civil Engineer, Neil is a Registered Master Plumber and holds a Safety Officer II certification. He is also eager to work with a company that supports green building infrastructure and sustainability, seeking to contribute his talents to help achieve its goals.
