 - Conduct Site Oculars to our identified ready now trade areas.

 - Prepare Site Assessments or trade area analysis of site viability based on identified company's metrics and parameters.

 - Conduct thorough market study on potential sites including transaction count, price surveys of competitors and other important details within the area.

 - Responsible for site negotiations of lease terms within  lessor's and franchisee.

 - Facilitate COL negotiations and making sure all details are correct and well coordinated to our legal department, franchisee and lessor.

 - Monitors end to end process of site acquisition.

 - Prepared thorough documentation for each acquired sites, maintaining accurate records and submit reports to Business development heads.

 - Manage a team of Site Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve successful outcomes.

 - Identify potential areas of where new stores may be established as well as where existing franchisees may expand their operations

 - Responsible in making the  Macro Plan of each Region where ready now trade area's are included.

 - Assigned to present the Macro Plan to potential franchisee's and to management.

 - Present potential and viable sites to managements.

 - Responsible for reviewing and monitoring all site within your Region (new stores/renewals/tso/store closure/relocation)

 - Responsible in coordinating, reporting, and aligning all necessary requirements and concerns on-site acquisition to management.

 - Review the quality and completeness of site market study and site documentation.

 - Assessment of potential expandable franchisee's in our cluster in coordination with operations and management.
