    Proud moments were I can manage to fix the costing to balance the file in the booking

    As we experiencing Tramada (system) NDC issue whereas incorrect tax amount being populated. although the total amount matches but it was discrepancies in fare and fees.

    Also I can manage to correct the discrepancy receipt. sometimes it was paid through cash but was receipted as card in the system. I also can investigate what is the issue and checking it thoroughly so you can fix it accordingly.

    additionally I can manage additional work like processing the refunds whereas it was from 2020-2021 bookings. Total of 3000 refund tickets and still can do my daily task where not behind as I know how to manage the time and prioritize the task.
