LIST OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS

  • Represented NIA, along with other NIA officials, in the Intergovernmental Relations Body-Technical Working Group on the Dialogue for the Turnover of Properties and Assets to BARMM and prepared the Appeal to the Office of the President regarding the "Issues on the Turnover of NIA Properties/Assets to the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao".
  • Successful negotiation with DENR for the issuance of Guidelines for Gratuitous Land Use Permit under DAO Order No. 1 Series of 2022 for the irrigation projects of NIA, which has saved NIA billions of pesos by way of SLUP fees for all its project nationwide.
  • Prepared, finalized and facilitated the approval of the NIA Board of Directors of the Compromise Agreement and Deed of Exchange of Real Property with Leilah Pallada and Husband represented therein by Jeanette Pallada Alarcon in Civil Case No. 02-2021, saving/preserving the NIA Bukidnon Irrigation Management Office, Structures and Improvements.
  • Prepared, finalized and facilitated the approval of the NIA Board of Directors of the Request for Authority to Designate the Authorized Representative of NIA in Small Claims cases.
  • Prepared, finalized and facilitated the approval of the NIA Board of Directors of the Request for Authority to Designate the Authorized Representative of NIA in the application with DENR of the Gratuitous Land Use Permit pursuant to DAO Order No. 2 Series of 2022.
