• Facilitates coordination with partner agencies, LGUs, and stakeholders
• Prepares program reports, accomplishment reports, and policy recommendations

• Performs case management and social welfare interventions for clients and families
• Assists in the implementation of sectoral and community-based programs and services
• Conducts home visits, interviews, assessments, and referrals
• Provides direct and hands-on social work services to beneficiaries
• Assists in documentation, report preparation, and monitoring activities
• Supports the implementation of:

• Coordinates with barangays, partner agencies, and community stakeholders
• Assists Social Welfare Officers in the implementation of social welfare programs and services
• Facilitates intake interviews, client registration, and referral services
• Assists in case documentation, report preparation, and records management
• Conducts fieldwork activities such as home visits, monitoring, and data gathering
• Provides logistical and administrative support during program implementation and community activities
• Coordinates with barangay officials, beneficiaries, and partner agencies
• Assists in organizing meetings, trainings, orientations, and outreach activities
• Performs other related tasks as assigned
• Provides clerical, administrative, and logistical support to social welfare operations
• Assists in the distribution of assistance and relief goods to beneficiaries
