• Provided lectures on basic mental health and stress concepts
• Assisted in the implementation of Community Based Mental Health and Psychosocial Support for Health Workers and the Community in Itogon, Benguet
• Prepared trackers and templates in Google Sheet/MS Excel to assist the EAR Department to record, organize, and analyze data of conducted activities
