• Reviewing and evaluating weekly and monthly accomplishments submitted by the General Contractor.
• Preparing daily and weekly monitoring reports for the Tower 3 area.
• Checking materials as per approved specifications submitted by the Contractor.
• Perform immediate appropriate remedial action for some design issues between approved shop drawings and Dubai Municipality Design Approved Drawings.

• Implementing QA/QC management system at the project site.
• Monitoring the implementation of the approved project QMP.
• In-charge in Civil works monitoring, surveillance, and inspection at;

- Block H Building Zone 1 to 5.

- Repair works, the closing of NCR, rejected RFIT & post- pour inspection.

- Block R Building Zone 6-11B.

• Reviewing work methodology, Inspection Test Plan, Field Change Request, Construction Design validation, and procedures for compliance with good work practices and all and the owner’s contract specifications.
• Preparing all the QA/QC documentation.
• Reviewing newly released drawings to be used at the site.
• Monitoring of concrete before and after casting due to extreme cold weather temperatures using a thermometer logger.

• Ensure that all test types of equipment are well maintained and calibrated as required by the appropriate test procedures of the QA/QC Manual.
• Ensure that the design mixes of both plants meet the requirements required by the client.
• Conduct internal and departmental auditing.
• Ensure good communication between the plant and the site to quickly resolve quality control problems.
• Perform immediate appropriate action for failing products and testing.
• Ensure all observation, inspection, and adjustment to the mix design; test results and corrective action are documented promptly and in the specified format.

• As site-in-charge I was responsible for the independent execution of total civil works and the preparation of Subcontractor & company bills.
• Has been directly involved in large-scale infrastructure projects such as site development, deep and bulk excavations, and building projects such as high-rise commercial and residential buildings.
• Preparation of quality daily reports based on received site activities.
• Provide technical guidance to the construction site supervisor to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in the reports.
• Coordination with site engineers regarding revisions from the shop drawing to be reflected in the as-built drawings.
