  • 1. MASDAR CITY Road and Infrastructure Network, Masdar Dev’t, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. (T.O. # 10) June 2009 to March 2010 – scope of work consists of construction of road networks around Masdar City, solar powered street lighting including precast foundation, underground duct utilities for LV/HV cables, road signs and road marking. The road networks is composed of 3 kilometers of unpaved construction road (with bituminous top coat only), 6 kilometers of paved construction road (base + surface wearing course asphalt), 4 kilometers of paved permanent road (base + binder + wearing course asphalt) and a 1 kilometer of interlock tiled access road. Work also includes a 1.00 kilometer reinforced concrete track for the PRT (Personnel Rapid Transit) system with a thickness of 230mm and an average width of 8.0m. The PRT K13 track also includes an asphalt overlay of 100mm thick (binder + wearing) on top of the concrete undercarriage. An infrastructure service includes laying of raw water (non-potable) pipes, treated/potable water pipes, storm water pipes. Contract cost is 254 million AED.
  • 2. GULF FLUORINE COMPLEX Project March 2010 to February 2012 – The plant is located on a 300000 sq.m. plot in ICAD II, Abu Dhabi and design to produce 60,000 tonnes/year of Aluminium Flouride in addition to the plant production of 10,000 tonnes/year of Anhydrous Hydrogen Fluoride. Al JabeR Energy Services has been engaged to carry out the majority of mechanical, piping and structural works as well as the Electrical and Instrument Control cabling and controls for the plant. Scope of work consist of design, fabrication and erection of structural steel piperacks and steel platforms, mechanical equipment installation and commissioning, cable laying & termination and energization, piping lay-out including insulation, testing and commissioning. Contract value is 138 Million AED.
  • 3. ZADCO UPPER ZAKUM 750K ECW Package February 2012 to 2018 - the project compose of four (4) numbers of artificial satellite islands located 80 kilometers away from Abu Dhabi. Upon completion of the project, it is expected to produce 750,000 barrels of oil per day. AJES scope is the Early Civil Works consisting of ZADCO Interim Camp, grading and paving of the drill pad area, paved road networks around the island, street lights including electrical cabling with open trench excavation and duct banks, installation of precast concrete structures for retaining wall, drill pad trenches and well cellars, sea water intake trenches, concrete pipe trenches. The harbor area is also paved with interlock tiles. AJES work also include EPC packages for the four (4) Drilling Shelters and four (4) 80 meters high Telecom Towers with Equipment Rooms.
