l perform all aspects of OSP engineering for globe homerun projects and heavily involved in development of OSP planning/design documentation

l carry out the ODN (Optical Distribution Network) onsite Survey and Design

l monitor the progress of the engineering design.

l am responsible for project design clarification and change during the project implementation stage.

l do documentations such as RTA application, BOQ, BOM and work order.

l help Implementation team related to preparing As-built plan for hand over

l help the ROW team with design drawings for their requirements in permitting.

l conduct Staking/survey with subcontractor for implementation.

l install and configure desktop computers, software, systems, networks, printers and other network related devices.

l do installation of windows applications, troubleshooting and repair of network issues

l set up accounts for new users and joining to Active Directory and reserving IP address to DHCP server

l do monitoring and configuration computer systems and networks

l help with the implementation of virus detection system, endpoint security beforehand and implement security protocols for greater efficiency against any threat or malfunctions.

l help with the Implementation of security control, network policy in accordance with the Company policies and procedures.

l conducts regular spot checking of physical existence of assets.

l provide technical support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.

I help with the integration and commissioning of Access Network Product (MSAN; Multi-service access node)

l help monitor, isolate, troubleshoot problems and repair of network related issues using U2000 Huawei NMS

l have knowledge and understanding in DSL to VDSL migration process.

l am responsible for choosing what type of equipment to be used prior to copper cable migration and how many cards to be used based on number of subscribers in a node.

l help with the troubleshooting and repair network related issues.

l coordinate with project team/site engineers/sub-contractor with regards to documents needed for the migration process

l am responsible for tracking, supervision, execution and management of project process
