• Provides Out-Patient Services.
• Informs members of coverage or non-coverage of availments.
• Issues Letter of Authorization for laboratory and referral forms.
• Accommodates members for consultation with Primary Care Physicians.
• Provides In-Patient Services.
• Informs members of coverage or non-coverage of availments.
• Discusses with members the extent of coverage or non-coverage of availments.
• Conducts patient – visits and issues the Letter of Authorization to the hospital.
• Responds to members’ request during confinement.
• Computes for the excess charges that may be incurred by the member.
• Deals with the hospital’s Billing/Credit Collection Unit to facilitate discharge of member.
• Receives and responds to availment queries from members.
• Resolves availment complaints or issue of members, otherwise elevates them to PCC, Helpdesk, Customer Care Associate or Supervisor.
