Coordinates and liaise with government security agencies (e.g. NBI, PDEA, Office of the City Prosecutors Office). - Coordinates and works closely with HR and Legal Department. - Assists Section Managers in disciplining and issuing counseling log forms against their erring team members. - Conducts Training on How To Conduct Counseling to All Security Managers. - Assists and gives advice to all Security Operations Managers as the need arises.
In-charged of the recruitment, Admin, assist the Training Manager in conducting training and development and policy making for the Division. - Responsible in assisting and coordinating with all Security Section Managers in their hiring processes in close coordination with the HR Employee and Engagement Team and Talent Acquisition Team.
- Responsible for the disciplinary action process of the Security Department in close coordination with the Legal Department and HR Labor Relations Team.
- Develops policies for the effective and more efficient enforcement and implementation of the Code of Discipline.
- Responsible for the preparation and issuance of notice to explain (NTE) and suspension orders for erring team members.
- Assists the HR and Legal Department in developing the new sick leave and emergency leave policy by constantly giving inputs and recommendations.
- One of the duly authorized representatives of the Company in filing criminal, civil and administrative cases for and behalf Okada Manila.
