• Providing technical support for UiPath infrastructure and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Collaborating with developers to ensure that the infrastructure is configured and deployed correctly.
• Ensuring that UiPath infrastructure is up-to-date with the latest updates and patches.
• Managing and maintaining the UiPath environment, including the Orchestrator, Robots, and other UiPath components.
• Configuring and managing UiPath security, including user access and permissions.
• Monitoring the UiPath infrastructure to ensure that it is running smoothly and efficiently.

Educate and guide the user on Technical steps to Troubleshoot and fix issue on different features available on the website ( Store ,Payment issue, Editor, Domain , Premium plan feature issue ).

• Answer support client calls ,emails or online chat regarding website troubleshooting,site updates, server or hosting ,email creation and troubleshooting etc.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and works to establish a positive rapport
• Website maintenance ,backup ,restore, email hosting ,and control panel experience.
• Domain Troubleshooting ,transfer , DNS setup experience
• Website hot server and basic server administration
• Provide wix users with technical solutions on all wix product via phone ,chat and email.
• CREATION ,TROUBLESHOOTING AND HOSTING OF WEBSITE .

TRANSLATOR TRANSCRIBER AND PROFEADER

• Communication with client or suppressor with there are issues
• completing transcription in a timely manner reviewing drafts any spelling ,grammar or formatting errors ,as well as other inconsistencies
• understanding client specifications and nothing any formatting or notation request prior to complete the transcription.

FRENCH -ENGLISH PROOFREADIER

• Detecting and correction and corrections errors in written documents.
• checking written text for misspelling and inaccuracies prior to publishing .
• make copies of proofs with are given to editors, authors ,and others for revision
• check images table, and charts contained in a document to ensure they are precises and properly aligned.

SUPPORT DESK AND TECHNICAL ASSITANCE

• customer support via phone ,chat , email and voicemail.
• identify potential bugs and perform basic troubleshooting of certain application.
• monitor issues from start resolution
• provide accurate information on it products or services
