Trust and Safety - Team Lead - Dating Site User Moderator

• Monitor and report on eventual volume spikes
• Train and coach new team members
• Monitor individual and team productivity and quality of work
• Assist with Specialists' block schedules to ensure 24hrs coverage
• Report to the Management about overall team performance
• Supervise overall operations of specialists with performance plans and training needs based on specialists' observations.
• Lead monthly meetings to share overall team updates and QA trends
• Conduct regular 1-1 with the team

I only work 2 hours a day, 5 days a week with Bridge.

• Monitor and report on eventual volume spikes, assign tasks to the team according to priorities on a daily basis and report to Leadership accordingly
• Monitor individual and team productivity based on moderation targets and report to Leadership accordingly
• Assist with Specialists' schedule assignment
• Report to the Leadership team on overall team performance
• Supervise overall operations of specialists with performance plans and training needs based on specialists' observations.
• Lead weekly meetings to share overall team updates and involve QA specialists and Investigators to communicate weekly observations/projects
• Conduct regular 1-1 with the team
• Report on operations updates to Leadership on a weekly basis

Processes & Collaboration

• Identify and establish processes needed to improve overall team efficiency and collaborate with other leaders to implement
• Work closely with other teams to gain knowledge shared among all specialists
• Communicate and work closely with Leadership on specific projects
• Oversee and assist with the escalations process

Coaching and Training

• Update training materials and communicate changes to your team
• Regularly assess new policy needs and share them with leadership
• Regularly attend management/performance training and put it into practice
• Prepare and structure training and coaching session
• Identify areas of improvement and develop a coaching plan

Team engagement & development

• Oversee new member’s onboarding and training plan
• Actively work on the feedback board to prioritize ideas and stay on top of team interests
• Assist Leadership with team events
• Regularly engage in team channels for team bonding purposes
• Own the hiring leader role through the recruitment, interview, and onboarding process
• Set up development plans and recommend promotions to Leadership
