Position: System Engineer (SE)

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Lead of the development team and assume overall management of system development.

2. Participate in or host various meetings and collaborate with the team for business

improvement.

3. Address the overall operational issues and risks.

4. Consider the implementation methods for the system being developed.

5. Design the upstream processes for the system being developed.

6. Review the design documents or manuals for the system being developed, providing

comments and making corrections.

7. Explain or train on the software and specifications of the system being developed.

8. Program the system being developed and manage the programmers.

9. Test the system being developed and manage the testers.

10. Report on the progress of the system being developed.

11. Analyze and address any issues or defects in the system being developed.

12. Execute other tasks assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

13. Provide guidance on work responsibilities to subordinates.
