  • Taking calls from Member, Providers / Doctors for different concerned and providing excellent resolution real-time.
  • I've been Customer representative in Humana PPI for 3 years, and from that time I've been a POC for different task, being floor walk to help new hires for customer’s inquiries.
  • Later, I was upskilled into BOP Live Line which is monitoring and lessen Live Line aging and pending cases.
  • Aside from that also taking call if needed to help Live Line to reach passing service level.
  • After that I was upskill again into Subrogation department which is handling accident claims.
  • It's been 3 years now being Subrogation associates, taking calls from Member, Providers / Doctors, Law Firm and 3rd party Insurance company continuing helping, resolving and providing excellent resolutions.
