It's almost 6 years now being Customer representative in Humana.
Taking calls from Member, Providers / Doctors for different concerned and providing excellent resolution real-time.
I've been Customer representative in Humana PPI for 3 years, and from that time I've been a POC for different task, being floor walk to help new hires for customer’s inquiries.
Later, I was upskilled into BOP Live Line which is monitoring and lessen Live Line aging and pending cases.
Aside from that also taking call if needed to help Live Line to reach passing service level.
After that I was upskill again into Subrogation department which is handling accident claims.
It's been 3 years now being Subrogation associates, taking calls from Member, Providers / Doctors, Law Firm and 3rd party Insurance company continuing helping, resolving and providing excellent resolutions.
