Legislative Functions:

• Enact Ordinances and Resolutions:Draft and approve ordinances and resolutions that promote the welfare of the municipality. Focus on areas such as local taxation, health, safety, environmental protection, public order, and economic development.
• Budget Approval:Participate in the deliberation and approval of the municipality's annual budget. Ensure the efficient allocation of resources to different programs and projects.
• Oversight Functions:Monitor and evaluate the implementation of local government programs and projects.
  Ensure that local ordinances and resolutions are effectively implemented by the executive branch.
• Review of Barangay Ordinances:Review and approve or disapprove ordinances and resolutions passed by the Barangay Councils within the municipality.
• Policy-Making:Participate in the formulation of policies that will improve the delivery of services to the constituents. Address issues such as infrastructure, education, health, and public safety.
• Representation of Constituents:Serve as a representative of the people in the municipality.
  Articulate the concerns, needs, and interests of the constituents in legislative discussions.

Term Advocacies

• Support E-Governance Policies:Push for the adoption of e-governance policies that enable the digitization of government services, making them more accessible, efficient, and transparent for citizens.
• Budget Allocation for Digital Transformation: Advocate for the allocation of budget resources towards the digitization of government processes, including the purchase of software, hardware, and training for government employees.
• Establish a Data Governance Framework: Introduce policies that establish a data governance framework within the municipality, ensuring that data collection, management, and usage are standardized and aligned with ethical guidelines.

• Design Network Technology solutions for clients that will address their needs in business and technological aspects.
• Develop a comprehensive technical network architecture and digital solutions that would meet client needs.
• Creating the corresponding Bill of Materials, selling documents, and deliverables.
• Continuous learning of additional technical products, networks, and software solutions as they come to market.
• Present various solutions that would help the clients have options, financial, and technical flexibility.
• Craft written proposals, documentation, and presentations for the clients.
• Lead the PoC (Proof of Concept) of the designed and proposed network and digital solutions
• Configure, troubleshoot and perform RCA (root cause analysis) to address network dilemmas.

• Installed and tested operating systems, applications, updates, patches, and service packs.
• Provided technical support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity problems such as router configurations, IP addressing, and DHCP server setup.
• Assisted users with password resets and account lockout resolutions.
