  • As a staff in the food industry, you need to accept that this is a career. With a multi-tasking job, learning different tasks is difficult, but it’s good to enhance different skills.   • Barman- Maintain inventory and control the supplies for the bar and other stock that we needed for daily operations, especially alcohol and other ingredients for beverages and desserts.
  • The barman also is the one who keeps the cleanliness of the area of the bar and other glassware.
  • Reliever Cashier- receiving payments, issuing receipts and keeping track of all cash and credit card transactions.
