Supervises daily work of subordinates, provide on-the-job training, monitor and assess performance. Manages the means of custodian performance in fund monitoring on board and guides the in charge on how to manage fund while continuously improvise means of teaching to custodian's capacity on monetary-related tasks apart from what the operation are giving them to do operationally.
· Ensures proper recording of transaction per vessel on a daily basis, continuous monitoring of vessel revolving fund and meal allowances, consistently accurate in checking and monitoring is done regularly, evidently procures the required reportorial for fund monitoring, facilitating on internal audit per custodian and upon transfer of custodianship & securing accountability both fund and other related company assets.
Express’ ability to revert improper fund utilization by constant monitoring can reduce redundancy of work by properly checking and pre-qualifies expense transaction pertaining to process flow from shipping operation to FAD processing. This means of controlling forwarded replenishments and requests can lessen holding of processing thus, can affect the fund sufficiency level of every vessel that may result to operational discontinuity.
