Key Responsibilities and Achievements :

• Plan, develop, and deliver lessons specified in the set learning standard with mastery along with engaging teaching techniques to capture the learner’s interest useful for their cognition of the introduced subject matter Organized and coordinated the schools’ Drum and Lyre Corps and Scouting Movement as response and intervention to the growing number of students who were interested in participating fraternities and gang outside school
• Develop Self-learning Modules as well as Student Intervention Material to cater students least learned competencies as well as the psychological needs of learners amidst the occurring global health issue Maintained regular teacher-parents meeting to communicate constructive feedbacks on child’s performance, improvement and areas which need to be improved
• Joined/Coached, won 99% of all competitions related to subject taught to higher level competition
