Drives the HSSE Compliance and ensures a safe and sound environment.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Implement G-AMS/Asset PM, and HSSE Programs
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to DOLE, DENR, and equivalent authorities.
• Keep plant certifications, licenses, and permits up to date.
• Serve as focal person and guide during compliance inspections and audits.
• Ensure that HSSE issues are communicated effectively and ensure that the staff are fully aware of their responsibilities and fulfill their duties in accordance with ILC policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct Investigation on HSSE incidents and recommend corrective action plans and implementation.
• Ensure that work areas are kept in safe condition whilst the work is being carried out and that the area is made safe at the end of the day.
• Lead and facilitate the emergency drill activities.
• Act as Pollution Control Officer (PCO) who will ensure environmental compliance of ILC Plant
• Conduct and monitor quality assurance cylinder maintenance and follow up on the lifting plan with the cylinder contractors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Focal person for all National Account clients in managing and monitoring product flow of operation in LPG Plant.
• Accountable for full documentation of receipts and transactions for all National Account clients/ Distributors/Cylinder Contractors.
• Mediator of information from the client down to the service provider
• Coordinates with the team to attain service requirements as per the SLA.
• Responsible for providing general assistance to the Plant Operation and Road Transport Department observing compliance with the Plant procedures and policies.
• Coordinates with other units to carry out the Department's objective of timely and verifiable reports.
• Prepare Daily and month-end reports of the in and out transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Oversee end-to-end deliveries from Plant to Customers to all National Accounts. Plan and schedule projected deliveries for VISMIN. Advise ETAs to customers, call customers to follow up with the receiver, and answer queries.
• Handles other functions to support the needs of the clients and the company.
• Performs special tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
