Assists, advise or guide in complying with the risk assessment and development of health and safety programs.

Develops accident programs for the establishments.

Directs the accident prevention efforts of the establishments in accordance with the safety programs safety performance and government regulations in order to prevent accidents from occurring in the workplace.

Reviews reports of inspections, accident investigations and implementations of the programs.

Help develops and maintains disaster contingency plan and organizes such emergency service units.

Reports to the health and safety program of the organization out-lining the activities undertaken including its safety performance, health and safety.

Establishes and adopts in writing administrative policies on safety conformity.

Submit all mandatory reports periodically and regularly on OSH meetings and activities to DOLE.

Conduct all health and safety training programs for the employees and employer.

Provides assistance to government agencies in the conduct of safety and health inspection, accident investigations or any other related programs.

Managing fire and life safety in accordance to the provisions and standards of the international and local fire safety codes to provide a fire-safe airport community to its employees, concessionaires, stakeholders and the riding public.

Conduct fire risk assessment and vulnerability.

Maintain and implement fire safety plans and programs.

Conduct regular inspections of fire life safety equipments, firefighting vehicles and fire safety personnel.

Provide fire safety and firefighting trainings.

Conduct fire investigations

Ensure compliance to all internal and external audits and regulations,

Maintain good relationship and collaboration to all other firefighting and emergency responders.

Assist with the implementation of the company's fire, safety and security programs.

Conduct fire and life safety systems; Passive and active fire protection systems installed in the company's structures, facilities and buildings.

Respond to all fires and other emergencies within the company's owned and control areas. Perform fire emergency and evacuation drills.

Conduct fire safety inspections and audits to all establishments in accordance to the IRR RA 9514 Fire Code of the Philippines.

Conduct fire and arson investigations.

Conduct fire prevention strategies and pre-fire planning,

Conduct basic fire safety seminars, fire and emergency drills and evacuations and firefighting.

Support and assists all firefighting and other emergency operations in the community.
