Salarium is a HRIS and Payroll System.

The service was created micro-services. And the backend were created in two different language Python and PHP.
My role is a Senior PHP Developer in payroll part of the system. We do more on computing and we are very strict in terms of money related in this projects.

In my first 3 months in the company, I already done sharing knowledge especially in automated testing where the whole team was lacking off.
I started implementing container as local environment of the developers, so that the local environment will be almost same to production.
Implemented the right way of adding unit, integration and api test as part of the development of the new feature.
Also fix the issue in floating point of numbers where this was a big problem in terms of number in all languages.
And also been doing task for the sprint.

I am one of the Pioneer of the Web Team, where we develop Customer Management System and Member System called AMS.
This system has payment integration like ecopays, skrill and bitcoin.

In this company, firstly when I started, I'am the one interview candidates for our team.
Now the whole team is doing great, we implement different coding standards, we follow coding best practices.
I also implement knowledge transfer every other week (Thursday). We also practicing Agile and Scrum its a big help.
I even teach them how to use Linux and docker.

In our company I am the key person also in providing a new feature and assisting the whole team.
