  • Changed new approach of heavy maintenance planning to have only one aircraft grounded at a time and only ground once in every 24 months interval to allow aircraft has more days for operation to generate more revenue.
  • Initiated communication and discussion with network, commercial and OCC regarding the maintenance plan for better PAA network planning.
  • Established relationship with all the local MROs and service providers for better operation support due to PAA limited resources at the time.
