Manage the overall operation of Packaging and Coatings cluster with responsibility for revenue, contribution margin and base cost budgets by;

1. Formulating of business strategy, development of sales forecast, budget, and manpower plans.

2. Directing distributors/customers to achieve sales targets.

3. Securing major prospects and leading major negotiations as well as the construct of appropriate terms of sales to drive sustainable business growth.


The industry scope ranges from ED (Dispersions, Resins, Additives, Adhesives, Electronic Materials, Catalyst), CP (Petrochemicals, Styrenics), CI (Chemical Intermediates), CM (Monomers), PM (Performance Materials), EC Surface Treatments and Aero MRO portfolios.
