
I am a passionate customer service specialist with more than 3 years of experience. I find my experience very rewarding, I enjoy helping people while I learn and at the same time earning.
My most recent job was customer support in an airline company . It required such skill such as managing their account, quick resolution multitasking because part of it I need to upsell a credit card. Another experinced that I had was working in a Telco company I'm doing outbound and inbound sales this is a hard selling account, you need to be efficient and this this also multitasking aside from selling, knowing the product you need to process their payment, assist new customer and you need to schedule an appointment or callback of they say so.
I find myself a good fit for this position, as the job description and requirements are in line with my previous experience. I am always aiming for customer satisfaction. I already have a room for a remote work setup.
