• This job is to assist customer's general inquiry such as bill complaint, bill dispute, technical concerns, product inquiry, upgrade and downgrade of a certain product

• Resolving technical issues like mobile and modem (Wi-Fi) troubleshooting
• Creating technical tickets for a request to resolve customers internet connection complaints

• This job provide assistance about customer's bill inquiry, dispute and credits
• Also doing upgrade selling to customer's products

• Helping teachers and assigned critique teacher doing a certain goal for every day's activities for students tasks
• Doing what a real teacher do in a classroom, such as creating a lesson plan, teaching students and giving them a certain lesson that will improve their skills and knowledge as a practice teacher
