Additionally, it involves monitoring the implementation of projects, which includes overseeing full project liquidation, managing monthly repayments, and addressing various requests for adjustments, revisions of annexes, and repayment concerns. The tasks also include maintaining regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues that may arise during the evaluation and implementation process, ensuring that each project aligns with the program's objectives and guidelines. Furthermore, the role extends to managing legal actions against SETUP clients who violate the provisions of the Memorandum of Agreement. Key responsibilities include preparing demand letters, coordinating with the pool of lawyers from the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) for case filing, and collating and preparing exhibits to be endorsed to the OSG. The position also requires assisting counsel by reviewing and revising complaints and judicial affidavits of DOST IV-A witnesses, as well as filing complaints in the Municipal Trial Court and Regional Trial Court. Additional duties include arranging transportation for court sheriffs during the service of summons and supporting counsel during scheduled court hearings. The role also involves assisting counsel and the sheriff during the issuance of finality and the writ of execution to the defendant, ensuring that all procedural requirements are met efficiently and effectively throughout the legal process.
