· Responsible for maintaining multiple Citrix farms consisting of almost 5000 servers with 15000 users worldwide
· Responsible in managing some parts of Windows 2003 servers including Active Directory, DNS and Exchange
· Responsible on troubleshooting problems on Windows server and Citrix server including the overall infrastructure
· Responsible for managing Juniper VPNs, doing the bi-weekly reboot
