Oversee and direct construction projects from Pre-Construction to Project Turn-over

Asses project scope of works, construction drawings, owner supplied orderings

Oversee all on-site and off-site construction deliverables, monitor project progress with compliance in local building and safety regulations

Implement company standard designs and review actual configurations of leased area

Attend to coordination meetings and reports weekly progress in construction

Monitors request for quotations and review submitted bids by accredited contractors

Prepares invitation to accredited contractors and conduct bidding based on the approved shop drawings and scope of works.

Conducts site inspection and meet with mall engineering representatives to discuss provisions on site and conducts joint site actual measurement

Prepares construction expenditures reflecting all the standard scope of works for Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection and all necessary improvement based on actual site configuration.
