● Ensuring that riders and partner- driver receive the highest quality of service and that all issues are resolved in the shortest possible time
● Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues
● Consistently contributing ideas to further improve the riders and partner- driver experience
● Consistently hitting productivity and CSAT goals.
● Notifies or locates customers with delinquent accounts and attempts to secure payments by phone, postal service, or online bill pay and determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of service or credit contract with customer.
● Provide both short-term and long term payment arrangements for delinquent accounts
● Answer billing related queries of card members
