DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a business leader, responsible for managing end-to-end store or branch operations, driving sales performance, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Plays a strategic role in business planning, execution, and revenue generation.


       Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Daily Operations Plan, direct, and supervise the day-to-day operations of the store/branch to ensure optimal performance in sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.


  • Strategic Sales & Marketing Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive store traffic, increase sales, and expand customer base through both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, lead, and mentor a team of financial advisors, sales staff, and support personnel to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Foster a customer-centric environment by maintaining high service standards, resolving concerns promptly, and building rapport with clients and local communities.

Supports the Branch Manager in maintaining operational and financial integrity of the branch through accurate accounting, compliance enforcement, and internal controls.


       Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage the branch’s books of accounts, including recording, encoding, and reconciling financial transactions using SAP.
  • Supervise store-level financial operations, including processing, disbursement, and monitoring of company budgets and branch funds.
  • Implemented operational controls and conducted audits to ensure compliance and optimize branch performance.
  • Conduct daily bank reconciliations and ensure proper fund management, documentation, and reporting.
  • Oversee branch inventories, fixed assets, and other accountable records, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and issue statements to ensure timely collections and payment tracking.
  • Review cash and check collections of cashiers and ensure daily sales are properly recorded and deposited.
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls and company procedures, safeguarding company assets and customer receivables.
  • Serve as custodian of branch financial documents, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and audit-readiness.
  • Assist in staff supervision, supporting team performance and adherence to operational policies.
  • Perform additional duties as delegated by immediate superiors and the Controller Department.


Cashier 

Manages point-of-sale transactions, ensures secure handling of cash and collections, and supports operational documentation.


       Key Responsibilities: 

  • Accept and process customer payments, including in-store and field collections, and issue official receipts.
  • Handle daily cash transactions, perform accurate data entry into the SAP system, and ensure timely and accurate deposit of collections.
  • Act as custodian of branch funds, including petty cash, operating funds, and remittances to the head office.
  • Release checks for branch operating expenses and prepare weekly cash position reports for submission to Finance.
  • Assist with documentation functions in the absence of the designated documentation officer.
  • Generate and submit POS reports, reconcile sales with actual cash and deposits.
  • Support customer service and front-desk responsibilities, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.


Accounting Clerk 

Supports financial operations by maintaining accurate accounting records, managing payroll processes, and monitoring inventory and production data.


       Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and update accounting records, including general ledger entries, accounts receivable/payable, and other financial transactions.
  • Prepare and process payroll for manufacturing staff, ensuring timely and accurate compensation.
  • Monitor and record inventory of high-value items, including gold, silver, diamonds, and gemstones, ensuring precise documentation and loss prevention.
  • Track and report on manufacturing staff activities, including attendance, productivity, and output for cost allocation and payroll purposes.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.
  • Support compliance with internal audit standards and assist during external audits.
