v Handle and maintain the quarantine (Rejected) materials by proper identification labeling and marking, storing, preservation, and reporting.

v Obtain the Vendor’s overall manufacturing schedule and input the commitment schedule in the SPMAT System.

v Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.

v Perform regular stock checks and reconciliations to identify discrepancies.

v Ensure proper labeling and organization of all products in the warehouse.

v Monitor inventory turnover and implement strategies to optimize stock levels.

v Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement efficient warehouse processes.

v Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

v Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer demand.

v Optimize space utilization within the warehouse.

v Prepare an efficient shipping schedule and evaluate all production schedules, determine all required materials and ensure the availability of all materials.

v Establish a Quality Preservation and cleanliness regime that will provide assurance that the plant and equipment will remain in good condition and operable at all stages throughout the project.

v Enforce safety regulations and best practices within the warehouse.

v Conduct safety training for warehouse staff.

v Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.

v Ensure the Quality Preservation and cleanliness regime is consistently implemented from Supplier Works through Fabrication, Installation, Commissioning, and final handover to Operations.

v Review Supplier documentation and ensure that engineering has confirmed preservation requirements are adequate.

v Interface with the planning group to ensure all materials required for installation are reflected in the schedule.

v Provide technical input and approval for Contractor Preservation and pipe cleanliness Procedures during the Construction phase and manage the process during the Commissioning phase.

v Ensure material is physically checked, count and inspect all material delivered, and purchase order verify.

v Responsible for Maintenance/Inspection of Spare parts issues.

v Performs the list of main equipment as defined in the specification for which SPARE PARTS Dossiers, Fand DB, and Technical Passport

v Identify and resolve any issues that may affect the Supplier’s ability to meet their contractual delivery dates.

v Ensure the Quality Preservation and cleanliness regime is consistently implemented from Supplier Works through Fabrication, Installation, Commissioning, and final handover to Operations.

v Ensure that Supplier recommendations are incorporated into preservation procedures and project programs.

v Work with the project team, suppliers, and sub-suppliers to implement any approved changes to the supplier delivery dates due to changes in the project schedule.

v Maintain accurate and complete records on inspection and expediting activities, supplier service levels, and evaluate supplier performance.

v Prepare required documents and drawings, maintain all files for material delivery sites and prepare an efficient work schedule.

v Collaborate with the construction team to schedule all deliveries, manage all delays, and ensure compliance with all material requests.

v Follow through transportation of the goods, define a carrier of cargoes, proceeding from the most effective schemes of work of the transport organizations and the most optimum means of transport (in accordance with standards on conditions of transportation of separate types of cargoes), transport tariffs, technical operations, economic and cost indexes of transportation.

v Liaise with planning and construction to ensure material availability against the fabrication schedule.

v Ensure all materials are clearly labeled with PO number, client reference, and quantity.

v Receive materials and issue MRR (Material Receiving Reports) by using the SPMAT System.

v Carry out visual inspection and dimensional check of all Incoming, Piping Materials/equipment and reconcile with Packing List, Material Test Certificates, and/or applicable material standards, specifications including engineering drawings, equipment manual, vendor’s drawings, and product catalogs.

v Generate and forward Request for Inspection (RFI) to the Client’s respective Q/A QC dept. and assist them during the final inspection of Material/Equipment at the Lay Down/Warehouse and at the Construction Site.

v Reporting to the site Engineering Manager, Site Lead Piping Design Manager, Construction Manager, and site procurement Manager of Excess/Shortage/Damage (ESD) Report” and the conduct of joint inspection of ESD for investigation and resolution action.

v Conduct of material control meetings and coordination among the discipline Engineer, Subcontractors, and Material control group for the resolution of the Material Problem.

v Manage inventory accuracy through daily data entries, monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes, and audit of same to verify results.

v Conduct all materials management activities safely and in accordance with the company HSE policies.

v Attend/be represented at IRNs for major equipment to ensure correct preservation is applied and reservation regime for ongoing project requirements is fully understood.

v Supporting the Materials Superintended to ensure all maintenance materials within the Badra contract are correctly controlled.

v Work closely with the planning team to ensure material items are available for routine preventive and annual planned maintenance and turnarounds.

v Take ownership of incoming and outgoing freight ensuring as per manifest free of overages or shortages and/or damage.

v Responsible for ensuring all materials and items of equipment within the maintenance contract are stored correctly, preserved according to the supplier’s recommendation, and location and stock levels recorded in the SAP MM Module.

v Responsible for ensuring that all items that require special storage facilities are inspected regularly to prevent damage due to climate or environmental degradation.

v Utilize SAP Material Management Module knowledge for efficient inventory tracking and management.

v Ensure requests are processed for replacement as per prescribed min/max stock levels, damaged or shelf-life expiry.

v Items holding certification are re-tested as required and certification is held with the QA/QC Engineer.

v Ensure all items are received and meet quality requirements as per contract specification/purchase orders.

v Liaise with Engineering/Vendors/Contractors to determine access and best preservation for new equipment.

v Requisition of RFI to the QC team & prepare MRR as per material control procedure prior to the releasing of Materials.

v Loading and Discharge Trailers, containers, and backload, ensuring compliance with procedures.

v Conduct inventory of stock materials and other checks and arrange all materials and safekeeping at the warehouse.

v Allocation of materials procured against project material requirements.

v Producing shipping documents for all material movements.

v Liaise with internal departments to ensure any schedule or material changes are coordinated and communicated to relevant parties both internal and external.

v Prepare OS&D (Overage Shortage & Damage) Report for materials deliveries that have discrepancies against the Purchase order and transfer the material to the Quarantine area as necessary.

v Maintaining data integrity in procurement and material by using SPMAT System.

v Locate material in a suitable location in the warehouse complete with material commodity code, tagging, and required labeling for easy material traceability.

Conduct Toolbox Meetings and PTSI (Pre-Task Safety Instruction) for all Warehouse Teams and ensure that they are well-oriented to their task in accordance with the safety rules and procedures

v Maintain close coordination with related disciplines/Receiving subcontractors in the execution of customs clearance, discharging of cargoes from carriers, inland transportation, and final offloading at storage yards.

v Responsible for controlling all Tank Materials such as 9% Nickel plate, internal Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Structural, for LNG Tanks, Propane, Butane, and condensate Tank.

v Keeping track of all incoming and outgoing materials, witness with the Logistics Department (kwanda Base Port) reception of material delivery site.

v Prepare Material Receiving Report (MRR) after QC Inspections.

v Prepare Overage, Shortage, Non -Non-conformance, and damage reports if any.

v Organize the routine inspection of the goods in coordination with the Logistics Department.

v Maintain close coordination with related disciplines/Receiving subcontractors in the execution of customs clearance, discharging of cargoes from carriers, inland transportation, and final offloading at storage yards.

v Coordinates with the Logistic section for local customs and Port Authorities regarding matters in the importation of construction material (also exportation of materials, such as items to be repaired or modified vendors' factory, etc. whenever required)

v Assure a good traceability of delivered materials.

v Ensure that the quality system of the suppliers meets the company requirements, take corrective actions by advising the Materials Manager about quality and quantity deviation of delivered materials.

v Follow the correct application of the Material Receiving Procedure, responsibility, equipment, and tools, to assure that all the offloading operations of material are under safety condition.

v Identify and communicate to the relevant function any potential critical situation in term of material availability, storing and preservation.

v Ensure that the traceability of all Piping Materials Such as Pipes, Valves and fittings is maintained as per Inspection Test plan and procedure.

v Checking of marking and color coding, checking Heat/ cast numbers against material certification, checking material certification against national and project standards, Dimensional Checks, Endorsement of certification and receiving check list confirming Acceptance.

v Prepare report of the activity ongoing, receiving, and storing, shortage report, delivery, material sent to Batam for Downer Edi Engineering & Mc Connell Dowell Fabrication shop.

v Cooperate to the Logistic and procurement Department to give and update the information required.

v Regular external contacts with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and consultants, primarily to investigate material availability, lead-times, and specifications.

v Regular internal contact with Warehouse personnel for stock checking matters.

v Normal contact with Materials and Maintenance Integrity section for reviewing and executes the preservation plan.

v Manage and audit Fabricator Resources to ensure de-preservation/re-preservation is properly implemented and recorded (On receipt at fabrication yard / construction site, On installation, During Commissioning)

Identify and manage resources for preservation activities during long term storage/transportation

v Closely monitors the arrival of each scheduled shipment per shipping advice and prepares unloading storage plan prior to actual arrival @ site. Distribute the cargo/Material arrival notice to concerned sections and attach the packing list prior to the actual arrival of material when material has arrived @ port when the exact dispatch schedule of material was informed for onshore material.

v Supervise all warehouse activities, including material receiving, storage preservation, and issuing. Pays close attention to the handling of dangerous cargoes or fragile cargoes, items require protection from high /low temperatures, moisture, dust, various corrosion, etc.

v Physically conducts periodic stocktaking on all categories of material held at warehouse/ yards and updates our inventory records accordingly.

v Carries out material identification and verification tests for piping material in cooperation with QC inspectors and in accordance with material traceability requirements.

v Knowledgeable in (CMS) Construction Management System/ operates and maintains the CMS under close communication with the material controller, checks through each material request submitted by a subcontractor, by using a material issue voucher to ensure that the request has been approved by the contractor category supervisor. Prepare material issue slips and update all material receiving and issuing information to the CMS.

v Keep all equipment used in the MCS in good condition. Also, monitor the safety of MCS and report to the Material Manager accordingly. Take immediate action to warn concerned persons whenever they encounter a dangerous act and monitor the situation until corrective action is completed.

v Familiarizing with all the requirements of Project specific specifications, procedures and/Inspection Test Plan in relation to material control activities.

v Conducting the verification, recording, and reporting of all material control activities as indicated in the Project Specific and Test Plan, pertinent to the task being conducted.

v Full knowledge of PTS (Pipe Tracking System).

v Checking the Heat no. And Pipe no at the ready rack before beveled prior to welding at Front End Station.

v Measuring all pipes by using (Leica Geo System) Laser Meter.

v Inputting to the database PTS all the Pipe no. /Heat no. And prepare Incoming Tally Sheet Report.

v Checking those quantities of delivered materials, consumables and/ equipment complies with relevant delivery documentation and inspection release certification and that overages discrepancies, non-conformances, overages, shortages, and damages are highlighted.

v Ensuring all materials, consumables and/ equipment clearly identified and segregated to specific spool base/Project storage areas.

v Receiving of Water Injection Pipe 323.9mm x 14.3mm L450QC SPU and Gas Injection 317.0mm x 16.00mm L450QCS 3LPP.

v Issuing Material for FPSO (Greater Plutonio) such as Pipe clamp for tensioner, Termination Head, Buoyancy module and Wet parking skid.

v Visual and dimensional inspection of material, consumables and/equipment as required.

v Responsible for controlling mechanical, instrumentation materials and commissioning spare parts.

v Maintain correct safety procedure during stocking arrangement of materials.

v Ensuring all the Control Valve, Transmitter, and Test Equipment has full and valid calibration and relevant documentation.

v Knowledgeable in IPMS (Integrated Project Management System).

v Maintain copies of all Purchase Orders Material Test Certificates, operations & manual, Procedures, And Material Issue Slip (MIS) in an easily accessible location for the audit process.

v Carry out visual inspection & Dimensional check of all incoming Materials/Equipment and reconcile with Packing list, material Test Certificates, and /applicable material standard, specifications including engineering drawing, equipment manual, vendor’s drawing, and product catalogue.
