• Monitoring the stock level of oil and creams and ensures that per stock levels are maintained at all times
• To maintain the high level of standard SPA massage
• Try to resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction and inform the management about any incidents or guest complaints
• Maintain the complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment, also use equipment only as intended
• Anticipate guest's need, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
