• Scope: Structural, Architectural and Painting Works
• Prepare cutting lists, material and cost estimates, Bill of Quantities, material request as well as other technical documents required by the company and client/end user.
• Discuss and explain technical plans and drawings to ensure that the scope of work is following the timeframe.
• Prepare Methodology needed as per scope of the project
• Prepare documents for punchlisting and assessing the quality of specifications and technical design of the project making sure that it follows the project design and specifications.
• Manage and control the procurement of construction materials including communicating to the procurement officers of the company.
• Accomplish and submit pertinent documents for Progress Billing of the project.

• Manage the supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for workers.
• Provide first aid and monitor injured workers in case of minor incidents.
• Impose sanctions on workers who do not follow safety rules and standards.

As Safety Officer:
