- Local Employment Explanation: I started working in our own shop with my father at my very young age. We have a machine shop but we have also fabricated some steel and aluminum. I learned also how to weld. But in some other ways I need first to finish my study. After I finished my Agriculture Course. I go back to work in the shop. My father’s friend hired me in RG CONTRACTOR ‘coz they need some additional manpower, I work there as a free lancer. For now I work with some of my friends in BRAVO GLASS the same as free lancer. I have only working here locally but I know with my experience I have the capability to do such thing.

Processing of Fabricating of Aluminum Glass Windows / Door Framing
- Getting preparing the material to use base on bill of materials.
- Always make sure to wear proper safety aid (hard hat, safety shoes and other appropriate PPE before the activity).
- Measuring the materials to cut base on technical drawing or bill of materials.
- Cutting of materials per type and size piece by piece.
- Measuring the holes location from the cut materials for preparing on drilling.
- Drilling/holing per material base on dimension mark location.
- Create temporary lay out before starting assembly.
- Measure the material to assemble parts by part. Temporary place the materials from screwing /bolting (cobbecting parts).
- Check the dimension and angles using measuring tools.
- Fixing materials for designated parts wherein it is place and will be connected.
- Always make sure that the parts are place correct.
- Checking the parts that has been assembled.
- Final checking of dimension to make sure that assembly frame is correct and ready to deliver on site for installation.
