Vicente Salvador M. Tan Gana III

After graduating from the Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Management, Vicente began a driven corporate career with Citibank. Taking ever growing responsibilities amidst the backdrop of a global pandemic that forever changed the way the world and entire lives worked. In Vicente's career development, sterling growth has led to a proficiency in an Operations Analyst role now boasting four years of integral insight and awareness on managing various complex procedures between different software and systems in use. Taking up the sole Operations Analyst role in the APAC region, handling Talent & Performance operations globally within HRSS-TLSS, Vicente has cultivated an affinity towards an organized work ethic cultivated through the years by academic studies, extracurricular activities, and now elevated by exponential growth at Citi. Thus empowering a skillset that is adept in solution design and stakeholder management through various different processes with various different groups. Vicente intends to achieve an even more decorated career in pursuing goals within the corporate-business world of finance and beyond.
