Conduct initial review of the completeness and authenticity of the CC application documentary requirements;
Assist in the preparation of initial evaluation of the CC applications based on their compliance with PNS/PAES;
Assist in the conduct on-site inspection for the applicants of CC;
Prepare highlights of meetings and proceedings for meetings and updates on the national guidelines and procedures for the issuance of certificate of conformity (CC) for agricultural and fisheries machinery;
Assist in conducting mandatory Review of DC 19, s. 2018 "National Guidelines on the Issuance of Certificate of Conformity for Agricultural and Fisheries Machinery";
Assist in the coordination with RFOs and other stakeholders on the implementation of the policies, guidelines and procedures and standards for effective implementation of certification and registration activities related to agricultural and fishery machinery and equipment;
Gather information, prepare comments and inputs for incorporation to the ongoing PAES development and revision for agricultural machinery and infrastructure;
Conducts assessment and evaluation of manufacturers, fabricators, assemblers, distributors, dealers, importers, and exporters (MFADDIEs) in Cluster I (Luzon) on the implementation of Registration and Issuance of Permit to Operate of Agricultural and Fisheries MFADDIEs;
Review and prepare the initial evaluation of the applicants for the Certification of Test Engineers for agricultural and fisheries;
Review the submitted documents for AMTEC Test Exemption Request and prepare the evaluation
Assist in the information dissemination for the implementation of registration of ownership of agricultural and fisheries machinery and equipment for Cluster I (Luzon);
Provide technical assistance to the RFOs, LGUs and other stakeholders concerning regulation and enforcement of standards and other regulatory policies on agricultural and fisheries engineering;
Conduct updating od shred AMTEC and/or ATC Testing reports;
Conduct capability enhancement activities to DA RFO RAED-SRES on the certification of registration activities related to agricultural and fishery machinery and equipment;
Perform other functions as may be assigned by supervisor.
