Tabitha Medforth

I am a highly motivated and hardworking individual with a strong background in agriculture and business. I recently completed a BSc (Hons) in Agricultural Business Management at Newcastle University, achieving a 2:1, where I gained a solid understanding of agri-food systems, marketing, finance, and business strategy. My studies also equipped me with key skills in data analysis, financial modelling, and the use of various business and digital software tools. This past year, I took a gap year to travel, which allowed me to gain a broader global perspective, develop strong interpersonal skills, and adapt to new environments—further enhancing my ability to work with diverse people and in dynamic settings. Growing up on a farm has also instilled in me a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. I am now eager to apply my knowledge and experiences in a professional setting where I can contribute to a team and continue to develop both personally and professionally.
