Specific Functions:
- review of Customer Information File processing/encoding output
- approval of CIF processing/encoding output
- consolidation of output at End-of-Day for reporting
- assesses systems and procedures and coordinates with other units for the improvement of the existing service factory
- handles Audit concerns, queries and instructions, resolves Audit items
- coordinates with the Unit Manager and Dept Head in improving the existing FTE of the department and handles internal employee concerns, issues, etc.
- addresses email concerns and phone queries from the branches, higher ups and other units
- handles bulk/batch uploading of outputs and tagging in the system
- approval of centralized Time Deposit transactions
- approval of centralized account hold outs & lifting, CIF suspension and revocation, and other types of account maintenance
- assisted in the UAT in the RCBC-RSB migration
- conducts classroom discussion as our department's representative in the monthly Branch Induction Program of new hires
- reviews garnishment documents submitted by garnishment agencies
- approval of hold out, lifting, and release of garnished accounts in the bank system
- coordinates with garnishing units in the confirmation of potential garnishing debtors
- coordinates with garnishing agencies for follow ups, check releases and other garnishment concerns
- send out letters (confirmed sufficient, confirmed “none” in RCBC, clarification, stock annotation, additional info, etc) to garnishment agencies
- reports summary of garnishment outputs to the Unit Manager.
- accomplishes the department's Orderlist, KRI CST, RCSA and other reports

- drafts Internal Guidelines and assists the Head in updating the Operations Manual of the department
