Specific Functions:

- review of Customer Information File processing/encoding output

- approval of CIF processing/encoding output

- consolidation of output at End-of-Day for reporting

- assesses systems and procedures and coordinates with other units for the improvement of the existing service factory

- handles Audit concerns, queries and instructions, resolves Audit items

- coordinates with the Unit Manager and Dept Head in improving the existing FTE of the department and handles internal employee concerns, issues, etc.

- addresses email concerns and phone queries from the branches, higher ups and other units

- handles bulk/batch uploading of outputs and tagging in the system

- approval of centralized Time Deposit transactions

- approval of centralized account hold outs & lifting, CIF suspension and revocation, and other types of account maintenance
