- Closely observes and records vital signs, symptoms, significant responses and reactions including the mental condition of the patient.
- Assisting Physicians during CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation), defibrillation and cardioversion of patient, providing physical assessment and administering treatment.

- Performs IV cannulation, NGT insertion, Foley Catheterization changing of IV sets, ventilator tubing, tracheostomy care, endotracheal tube care, colostomy, ileostomy and gastrostomy care.
