Oversee the actual assessments undertaken by ICRC engineers for Infra , WASH, and Emergency Response needs in the area of operation.
Capacity building, coaching, and mentoring of staff to ensure the growth of ICRC staff involved in the implementation & delivery of projects.
Cross-cutting themes such as protection, gender, and inclusion are embedded into programs addressing beneficiary humanitarian needs.
Ensure that humanitarian support assistance is aligned with the ICRC mandate and objective to addresses the needs of the community.
Liaise, collaborate and coordinate with relevant local authorities, RC movement, INGOs, UN, and local implementing partners & stakeholders;
Manage the ICRC Hodiedah sub-delegation’s WASH and Infra programs. Integrate them into the Protection, Health, and Livelihood programs.
Manage the reconstruction and WASH projects implementation (activities, budget, and documentation) in line with objectives and strategies.
