In my current position on the North Packaging PM shift, I focus on maintaining the quality and packaging of loin, belly, and butt products. I perform Cryovac boxing for these items, ensuring they meet the required standards. Additionally, I operate the radio for Cryovac to order boxes for the incoming products. My role is to help in maintaining product consistency and ensuring that all packaging operations run smoothly. Checking for any defects and double-checking the correct specifications for the PLU code to avoid placing the wrong product in the box.

In my role on the South Packaging AM shift, I continued to uphold high standards of product quality and consistency. My duties mirrored those of the PM shift, with additional responsibilities. I diverted shoulder products and packed various items, including neckbone, backbone, karubi, back ribs, and shoulder picnic. I performed precise weighing of backbone, neckbone, rib ends, loin strips, shank meat (inner and outer), and femur bones. I trimmed rib ends and loin strips and operated the Cryovac boxing machine for the ham and shoulder line. I handled communications as a sundry radio operator and ensured the correctness of Chinese labels. Moreover, I took on the role of Cryovac radio box operator, coordinating the packaging process efficiently.

I was responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of various meat products. My tasks included diverting shoulder products and packing items such as neckbone, backbone, karubi, back ribs, and shoulder picnic. I meticulously weighed products, including backbone, neckbone, rib ends, loin strips, shank meat (inner and outer), and femur bones, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Additionally, I trimmed rib ends and loin strips to meet quality standards. Cryovac boxing for the ham and shoulder line and maintained communication via radio for sundry area for ordering boxes.

I work full-time as a butcher at Tanjay City Public Market, putting in 8-hour shifts from 3 AM to 12 noon with one day off weekly. My job involves meeting customer orders, preparing meat cuts, and keeping the stall clean to avoid contamination. I handle negotiations, cut meat to order, and maintain hygiene standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
