Responsible in ensuring
· Coordinates with the different department heads regarding the training needs of their staff
· Creates training modules and prepares training materials, venue and etc.
· Conducts in-house training and seminars
· Ensures that all employees undergo the required hospital modules on IPSG, 5’S and hospital history.
· Acts as facilitator for all training programs and educational activities conducted by the hospital.
· Compiles/maintains the training records of all training programs attended by the different staff of the hospital
· Monitors training validity for required training programs
