LinkedIn Outreach: Utilize Sales Navigator to research and identify target prospects, initiate conversations, and nurture connections.
Account Mapping: Conduct in-depth research and utilize relevant data to map key decision-makers within target accounts.
CRM Management: Meticulously maintain accurate contact information and manage data within the CRM system for optimal sales efficiency.
Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing insightful sales reports to track progress, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
Additional Tasks: Proactively contribute to various projects and assignments to support the sales team's overall success.
Answering inbound calls, identify and evaluate problems and complaints of the callers, providing tailored fit resolutions, responding to the needs of customers, selling and giving information on the products or services, processing orders, forms, and applications, provide basic technical support and routing calls to other department.
