  • Event Organizer: Booked event place ahead of time and coordinate with the staff of the convention center and maintenance to make sure all the tools and materials are prepared and ready for use. Checked the place for security measures and make sure that all are in place and every sound and projector are working properly. Line up chairs, decide on additional chairs when more clients arrive in the venue, check the registration of clients or register clients if they walk in the venue, and get additional information that will definitely help us assess the clients and address their needs regarding their child's academic improvement.
  • Lead Generation Specialist: From the previous events that we had, I analyzed people who didn’t attend the seminar but registered in our advertisement, called them and informed them of the next seminar that we will have, explained to them the benefits of the seminar and the learning they will get just by attending the seminar while on the call, asked them questions about their child's struggles in school and their academic performance, look for issues and underlying problems that parents were not aware of, and provide them with the idea that our program will definitely help their child’s exponential growth and development, not just academically but also morally.
