Duties and Responsibilities

On-Shore / Off- Shore Duties.

Maintaining the good condition of mechanical Equipment Auxiliary and rotating equipment and to fallow the daily scope of work procedure,before started the work conduct the daily toolbox meeting and implement daily Safety protocols.

· Daily reporting the development report and solution report to Supervisor.

· Routine checking of all rotary and static equipment Maintain All mechanical equipment.

· Involve during Disassemble and Reassemble of Auxiliary and rotating equipment like pump and valve main air compressor, hoisting crane ,black start diesel engine generator, fire water pump.

· Conduct Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

· Supervision upon installation and set-up machine and mechanical equipment. Supervision of manpower executing performing job duties.

Hands-on Performing Maintenance Equipment : On-Shore Duty To perform Preventive, corrective maintenance, HVAC, Compressor, Pump, Valve, Plumbing, Daily Monitoring and inspection of Equipment.

Offshore Duty To perform activities fallow the daily scope of work like PM/CM. Involve during overhauling of cryogenic pump, Sea water pump, with EBARA Vendor,involve overhauling of (BOG) Boil of Gas Compressor With Atlas Copco vendor,.

Perform PM, Fire Water pump,Black Start Diesel Engine Cummins.PM, with vendor (MLA) Marine Loading Arms, Calibration and the hydraulic system. PM lifeboat,PM Crane,and more equipment to fallowing Maintenance.

Performed root cause analysis on recurring problems in order to identify long-term solutions which improved overall system reliability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

On-shore / Jetty

Hands-on Maintenance : Coal Handling Fuel, Boiler, HVAC, Air Compressor, (ESP) Electrostatic Precipitator, Heavy Equipment, Water Treatment ,Crane Hoist, Steam Turbine,

· Maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and systems.

· Working with engineering and technical drawings to design and implement maintenance procedures.

· Performing tasks such as Pump and Motor Alignment,Vibration Analysis, welding, Grinding,Drilling ,Pneumatic and electric Bolt tension-er,Torquing, machine repair, and Testing and inspecting parts and systems for proper operation and wear.

· Utilizing advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and solve complex issues.

· Identifying and implementing process optimization solutions.

· Supervision upon installation and set-up machine and mechanical equipment. Supervision of manpower executing performing job duties.

Company National Mechanical Engineering Servicing of Manpower and Machine Equipment: Valve lapping Machine Spark Erosion, Manpower Gas and Steam turbine servicing

· Major Overhauling of Gas Turbines, Combustion inspection, Hot Gas Path, Minor inspection, replacement of Transition piece, Fuel Nozzles, Primary, Secondary, Third Stage Nozzles replacement, of Shroud, Pig Tails Gasket, Bleed Valves, Liners, removal and assembly of Liners, Cross Fire Tube and Retainer, changes out of Tiles, Combustion 1 and Combustion 2 inspection of mixing Chamber SEV and EV Lances replacement, for ( Siemens, Alstom, GE Gas Turbine ), repair of Air Damper.

· Major Overhauling of Steam Turbine, high pressure and low pressure inspection, upgrading repair and trouble shooting, inspection of gas and steam turbine generator, Role of Lead Technician, Foreman, Supervisor depending on the appointment on the site leading involve in job operation concern on safety of co-workers reporting and logging of all works from start to end of shift directly to Technical Advisor Permit to work holder, analyzing the job hazard, log in and log out of work permit.

· Knowledge of bolt tightening, hydraulic, electric, ITH, and high torque.

· Dismantle, assembly and changing of turbine blades in GE gas turbine.
Preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Resolved mechanical issues using both technical and manual skills.
• Assembled and disassembled equipment to perform repairs and maintenance.
• Inspected and tested equipment, machinery and components to diagnose issues, recognize defects, and determine appropriate repairs.
