Job Responsibilities – Head of Sales and Marketing (Brokerage Firm)
🔹 Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the entire Sales and Marketing Team to meet set targets and drive consistent revenue growth.
- Establish individual and team KPIs, and regularly monitor performance metrics.
- Design and implement incentive programs to motivate and retain top-performing team members.
🔹 Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop strategic sales and marketing plans to expand the client base across individual, SME, corporate, and government sectors.
- Align sales and marketing objectives with company goals and execute innovative initiatives for brand visibility.
- Analyze trends in the HMO, insurance, and brokerage industry to identify new growth areas and business opportunities.
🔹 Client & Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, providers (HMOs, insurance companies), and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary contact for major partnerships and large-scale proposals.
- Oversee aftersales support to ensure client satisfaction and renewal retention.
🔹 Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns (online and offline) to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage content creation, digital platforms, social media presence, and printed marketing collaterals.
- Ensure that all marketing materials are aligned with the company's branding and messaging standards.
🔹 Proposal Development & Presentations
- Supervise the development of customized HMO and insurance proposals in response to client inquiries and franchise applications.
- Lead presentations during IES (Insurance and HMO Education Sessions) or client briefings, both online and in-person.
- Collaborate with providers to secure the most competitive proposals aligned with the client’s needs.
🔹 Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance, market feedback, and ROI of marketing activities.
- Forecast future sales trends and marketing results based on market conditions and internal capabilities.
🔹 Compliance & Administrative Support
- Coordinate with Finance and Admin for accurate tracking of commissions and client payments.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., Insurance Commission, data privacy laws).
- Review and approve internal templates such as Brokers of Record (BOR), franchise applications, and orientation materials.
